Sam's Make-up

We all know that makeup does wonders especially if the makeup artist is talented enough to do the magic.  For me, eye makeup is an essential component of any makeup look. The smoky eyes look usually works on any one. The client has to know that it is a lot of makeup and if they usually don’t wear makeup, I do not recommend the smoky eye look.  Which celebrity do you think looks so different without makeup?
